Rosseen is the winner or the napping competition.
At the beginning of The Big Peace programme - I challenged everyone to brag about their best nap. Rosseen's husband's guilty nap with Archers made me laugh the most so he is officially the winner! Although I suspect it'll be Rosseen that i'm coaching.
Congratulations. You win me. Or a coaching session with me!
Why do I think napping is a skill to be developed and lauded? Probably because if you're a good at naps, you're probably also great at giving yourself permission to get off the busyness treadmill, to sink back and relax. In a world that celebrates the 24/7 availability and pert posture, it shows great strength, self-value to switch off and know that it's Ok to dribble and snore every now and again.
