When I was a journalist, I got to go and see Anthony Robbins - big American self development guru and author of Unleash the Power Within - live in action. There was a lot about him that I loved. And I've just dug out these questions that I remember finding really inspiring...... I was feeling a bit flat about the weather as I watch the rain come down in sheets and I LONG for some sunshine.
But then I did this exercise and felt differently.
One of my peace-robbing habits is I'm always looking for the next new thing/technique/practice to learn...when often I don't use the brilliant tools I already have.
So it's good to revisit and remind myself that I already have what I need. Mostly.

In what ways have I been a giver today? - What did I learn today?
- How has today added to the quality of my life or how can I use today as an investment in my future?
Problem solving questions
- What is great about this problem?
- What is not perfect yet?
- What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
- What am I willing no longer to do in order to make it the way I want it?
- How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want it?
