Thanks very much for this interesting interview. 'Know the truth and the truth will set you free' comes to mind.
It reminds me that our own personal peace always starts with us.

Warmest wishes,

I found this interview quite profound - there have been several times this week that I've made a choice to be at peace in my heart versus go to war.

I have just finished listening to the interview.I am totally at war at the moment with everybody, my boss has been sexually harrassing me, my husband blames me for this and i dont seem to be able to find anyone to help me out despite requesting to see a counciller. I have been on anti-depressants since 1999 and tried to take my life in 2004. I don't feel that I am totally to blame for my situation but I know that at this moment in time my mental health is suffering because my whole being is at war. Whilst I found the interview veru interesting it does not help me at the moment

Maybe the book will be more helpful to you?
The Anatomy of Peace. (www.amazon.co.uk)
Also - I'm interviewing Byron Katie on Tuesday - the author of Loving What. she has a very practical application to challenging the thoughts that make us feel 'at war'. check out her website and her worksheets. you can get started straight away. www.thework.com
You can print out her worksheets and start the work by yourself. Then if you sign up to the membership on her website, you can get a partner to do the 'work' with - all for free.
It's very hands-on and practical.

Enjoyed the interview. I made me think about situations in my own life and opened up the possibility that my thinking and behaviour may be wrong. I immediately felt calmer.
